CONDITIONS FOR THE REBATE PROGRAM:  (the “Program”); Program is only available from Atkinson Homes retailer (“Seller”) for the purchase of a new qualified home with a sales agreement that is signed through April 14, 2015. Buyer may select one or more buyer incentives in the following amounts: $2,500 with the purchase of a single-section, $5,000 with the purchase of a multi-section home; and $7,500 with the purchase of a triple-section home (each the “incentive”).  Buyer incentive will be applied by the Seller, at buyer’s choice, to one, or any combination of two or three, of the following three forms: (1) Reduction in the total sales price of home package (2) Set-Up and Delivery Cost; 3) Ashley Furniture that is already installed in all show models. This rebate program is not available under the Banner Finance Program through the lenders.
